📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions accurately using our in-house accounting software, SAP.
• Handle cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims and patient bills.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or financial setting.
• Proficient in using accounting software, particularly SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management processes.
