📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive testing and analysis of lithium-ion batteries using advanced equipment such as Battery Cycle Life Testers, Impedance Spectrometers, and Safety Test Equipment.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Conduct safety assessments and risk evaluations to mitigate potential hazards associated with battery testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve battery-related issues.
• Document test results and maintain detailed records for quality assurance and regulatory purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff on battery testing procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance battery performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in battery testing and analysis, preferably in lithium-ion batteries.
• Certification in Battery Safety and Handling (e.g., UL 9540, IEC 62660) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Battery Cycle Life Testers, Impedance Spectrometers, and other advanced testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, materials, and safety standards.
