🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as community development, public administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in community development initiatives.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
