As an IT Service Desk Engineer at Boomering Inc. in Bali, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch IT support and ensuring smooth operations. You will use tools like Zendesk and ServiceNow to manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid/on-site environment, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional IT support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 IT support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and track service requests using Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Document and maintain IT knowledge base for future reference.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when needed.
• Continuously improve IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or similar roles.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
