📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with local suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Source and negotiate with potential suppliers to secure the best deals and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement manager on supplier performance and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and textile industry is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related fields is a plus.
