As a Liaison Officer, you’ll daily engage with developers, investors, and local communities to align project goals with stakeholder expectations. You’ll leverage your expertise in property development and your ability to build strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between Jackstones Properties Inc and key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and local communities.
• Coordinate project updates, meetings, and communications to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks in Bali’s real estate market.
• Assist in the development and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the project team and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with property development tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
