📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Conduct employee relations activities to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations or employee relations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
