🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospitality industry, including regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
