📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cost accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement cost control systems to monitor and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports to senior management, highlighting key financial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
