📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Maintain and update the accounts payable system, including QuickBooks or similar software.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Conduct regular audits of vendor payments to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
