Singlestore is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for Americas to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.,Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Represent Singlestore at industry events, conferences, and other sales-related activities.,Ensure compliance with all sales and marketing regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a sales team effectively.,Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
