📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding debts for a diverse client base, including both local and international businesses.
• Communicate effectively with clients and debtors in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to build strong relationships and ensure timely collections.
• Utilize collections software such as Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage debt recovery processes.
• Analyze collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in collections strategies.
• Collaborate with the collections team to develop and implement effective collections plans.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections progress and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and collections regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or a related field, with a proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Strong understanding of collections processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and debtors.
