F&B Service Crew / Cashier (Bali - Full Time)

In this role, you'll be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized dining area, and you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash and card transactions using POS systems like Toast or Square
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues
• Stocking and restocking food and beverage items as needed
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks
• Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all customers
• Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all staff and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast or Square is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
