🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, and technical leadership.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and driving innovation.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with smart contract development and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
