📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the technical support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and product support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of technical support tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record of improving support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Understanding of Indonesian market and customer needs.
