📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets its sales targets and financial goals.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail or wholesale environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
