📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop key accounts within the FMCG industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Drive sales growth and achieve targets

Provide strategic guidance to sales teams

Monitor market trends and competition

Conduct regular account reviews and planning

Manage account budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar roles

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong strategic and analytical skills

Familiarity with FMCG industry is a plus

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Ability to travel frequently
