📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage community relations initiatives, including fundraising campaigns and community engagement programs.,Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance our brand image and stakeholder relationships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community relations activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community relations strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Represent Beyond Social Services at community events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community relations and fundraising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community relations, fundraising, or strategic communications.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing community relations and fundraising initiatives.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Knowledge of fundraising best practices and donor management systems.
