📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and milk-based drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant work environment.
• Assist in special events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
