Port Bold Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development professional to join our team in Tigaraksa. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate these into the organization's training programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development programs, and provide regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
