📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Create and maintain menus that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and participate in kitchen staff meetings and training sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Familiarity with budgeting and cost control in the food service industry.
