📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.,Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role (optional but preferred).,Basic knowledge of server and network administration.,Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Understanding of IT security best practices.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
