As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities related to human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager and other HR team members.,Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
