As an HR Supervisor (Payroll), you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from data entry to final payment. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of payroll software and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company payroll policies.
• Process employee salaries and benefits accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual payroll reports.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll software and labor regulations.
• Enforce company payroll policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
