📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings using QuickBooks
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and forecasting
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
