📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Prepare and submit purchase orders and invoices.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and analysis.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
