Web Data Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us find the best talent to support our company's growth.

As an Assistant Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to source, screen, and interview candidates. You will be responsible for maintaining our company's applicant tracking system and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must
