📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.,Serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good condition.,Stock and manage inventory of drinks, mixers, and bar supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in special events and promotions, including setup and cleanup.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant bartender or similar role in the beverage industry.,Familiarity with various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.,Good knowledge of bar tools and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
