Makmur Gita Health Center is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately recorded.,Process customer transactions and handle cash or card payments.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
