PT Dinamika Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components and systems for various projects.,Supervise and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.,Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.,Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
