📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
