In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and seminars.,Assess employee training needs and develop strategies to address those needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training opportunities and provide feedback on training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning courses, workshops, and seminars.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
