📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control protocols.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product quality.,Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.,Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP, MES, and CAD systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
