🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve hospital performance.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
