Rejeki Sari Kebab is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Samarinda. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
