PT Putih Baskoro is looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
