• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including emergency services, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to ensure a unified response during emergencies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate the public and key stakeholders on disaster preparedness and response.
• Monitor and report on disaster preparedness activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency planning, disaster management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian disaster management laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in using GIS software, emergency management systems, and disaster simulation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including to remote areas.
