Agung Elsa Laundry is looking for a Deputy HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in managing and developing our human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and making hiring decisions.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Support the management of employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the management of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the management of employee attendance and leave records.,Support the management of employee performance reviews and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
