📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor department budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve department operations.,Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a department.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
