📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking food and drink orders from guests and delivering them to the table promptly.
• Ensuring that the table is set and cleared according to the restaurant's standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with the preparation of food and drinks when needed.
• Keeping the dining area clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and breaking down tables and chairs.
• Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
