Life Gold Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.,Assist in the management of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.,Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Good understanding of IT security best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux).Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IPDNSDHCP).Experience with IT support tools and software.Basic understanding of scripting languages (PowerShellBash).Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWSAzureGoogle Cloud).Knowledge of IT security tools and practices.
